Delivery Services
We use Royal Mail, APC, InXpress, and Yodel for deliveries. All parcels are tracked, and tracking numbers are uploaded to your order information.

Addresses
We ship to the delivery address provided. P.O. Box addresses cannot be serviced. Standard delivery is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM (residential may extend to 8 PM). Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, or Isle of Man may incur extra charges.

For urgent or palletised deliveries, please contact us. Drivers may assist with unloading upon request, but it is not obligatory.

In rare cases of stock shortage, we will notify you via email or phone. Full refunds are available if you cannot wait for the order.
