30‑Day Return Policy
We offer a 30‑day return policy. If a return is not initiated within 30 days of delivery, we cannot provide a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team at info@packwith.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions on sending the item back to us.
Return Shipping
Once authorized, send the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear may vary by card issuer.

Wrong or Damaged Goods
