FAQ

SHIPPING TIME

We only sell items that we have in stock. Items will be dispatched one working day. Depending upon the courier, you will receive the item in 3-5 working days.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use Royal mail, Myhermes and Yodel courier to ship the items. You can choose the courier while you checkout. Please let us know for any special requirements.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER

Once we ship the item, the tracking number will be emailed immediately. 

WHEN WILL I GET FREE SHIPPING?

For all order over £20, we offer free shipping.  It will be enabled in checkout. 

WHOLESALE ORDERS

We do special pricing for wholesale orders. Please contact us through phone or through email –  info@packwith.co.uk and will get back to you with the best prices. 

DAMAGED ITEM

In the unlikely event of the item damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will send the replacement immediately. 

HOW TO RETURN

We Have Extended our Return Policy to 30 days due to coronavirus.  Send us the returns with our return Labels to this Address with your order number
