We use Royal mail, Myhermes and Yodel for delivering our parcels. All our items will be shipped tracked and the tracking number will be uploaded to the order information.
Free Standard Delivery for orders over £40
We offer free delivery for all purchases over 40 pounds through our website for a limited period as part of promotion. Please read the delivery details carefully below before ordering as we cannot be responsible for errors or non-deliveries as a result of customer errors.
Please note we will ship to the delivery address given and, in most cases, we recommend that this is a business address or home address. We CANNOT deliver to P. O. Box addresses. On non-timed deliveries our couriers will attempt delivery between the hours of 8am and 6.00pm on Monday to Friday to the address provided (unless you have opted for the Saturday or timed delivery service at the applicable cost). If the address you’ve given is a residential address then our couriers may attempt to deliver up to 8pm in the evening (this is at their discretion, it cannot be requested).
We supply our goods throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland . When going through the ordering process you will be asked to select your country/location. The free delivery is for orders within mainland UK. Deliveries that are not considered United Kingdom mainland will incur a surcharge (i.e. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man for example). When checking out the relevant delivery charges will appear.
For non-customized product, we dispatch the item within two working day (in most cases we dispatch the item the same working day if the order is placed before 1 pm). For customized order, the dispatch time varies depending upon the order. For some customized orders we require artwork approval. Only after the approval, we start with the production. This help us to avoid error from our side. Any order placed during the weekend will be treated as if they were placed on Monday.
Depending upon the weight and value of the parcel, we use carriers including Royal mail, Myhermes and Yodel, we do have special next day and Saturday delivery options. Please contact us if you need your orders to be delivered urgently. In certain circumstances we will also use a palletised delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order (if goods are sent by pallet, the driver is not obliged to help unload the goods, however if you ask nicely, most are willing to help
The delivery time for our standard carriers is 3 to 5 working days. If you are not able to accept delivery within this time frame, please call our helpline to arrange an alternative delivery schedule. The delivery can be upgraded to Royal mail 24 hours delivery (which is not guaranteed) and guaranteed next day delivery during the checkout. Please note that most courier companies do not consider Saturday and Sunday as working day. Therefore, if the order is sent through next day courier on Friday, it will be delivered only on Monday. If Saturday delivery is required, please choose them during checkout.
Please note that next day delivery service does not mean that the item will be shipped immediately. We take up to one working day to dispatch the item. Therefore, the delivery time should be calculated only after the item is dispatched.
Next Day delivery is not available to certain postcodes, for example to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, if Next Day Delivery is selected, the goods will be through the fastest carrier available.
If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or any other delivery issue from the customer side, re-routing a delivery will incur a small charge. Please note that we don’t make money on the delivery. Therefore, the delivery cost will be passed on to the customer.
In unlikely circumstances we may run out of stock. In those cases, we will notify through email or telephone. If you are unable to wait for the order, we will offer a full refund.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver the goods within the estimated delivery time which we quote, we will not be held responsible for any loss caused to you by non-delivery. Therefore, please provide enough lead-time when placing an order from packwith as we cannot be held responsible for disappointment resulting from the delivery time.
When your delivery arrives please check it carefully, ensure that the item hasn’t been opened or tampered with. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately to get it sorted. If we were not notified within 3 days of delivery, we cannot provide a replacement for any damaged goods later.
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by you, you must inform packwith.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the call back service. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims after that time.
